I will start with the product. Bug Mud is by far the best product that I found saving my mule's leg from bleeding and leaving scars from flies. Fly boots didn't work because he hated his fly boots. Fly spray didn't work and fly sheets were too hot when you have 115-degree heat in Arizona. Using Bug Mud is not simple as using fly sprayer. It takes time to apply on his legs, chest and neck. He still has fly bites now and then when mud gets rubbed off from his legs and chest. But it still the best!!! As for the customer service, when my order got lost in shipping, Mak made sure my lost bucket was replaced, made sure I received it on time and stay connected with me until all issues were resolved and I was satisfied. Although it was not necessary, she gave me a credit that I could apply toward my next order. AND I DID!
I would recommend to anyone who is frustrated with flies.
I will be ordering my second 5-pound container today and I couldn't be happier with this product. Our 16-year-old mare is a barrel horse for my 10-year-old daughter, so we use this product often. Also, a huge plus when the aroma takes over the barn!! Everyone is always asking to use over whatever poultice product they have. I believe it's far more effective than any other product we have used. Highly recommend this product to anyone using any type of poultice product. Super easy to apply and incredibly easy to wash off.
I use this around my geldings "special" spots. The bugs seen to really like the inside of the thighs, belly and stomach. Hands down rocks! Thank you so much for creating this product.
